With Walker now in Baltimore's bullpen with a lucrative contract, Leyland is left with the mercurial Wilfredo Ledezma as his primary lefty. Joel Zumaya and Fernando Rodney can more than hold their own against left-handed hitters, but Detroit needs Ledezma to step up as an option against the American League Central's lefty sluggers.
